Epididymis b ultrasound can check out epididymitis

Dedicated to healing, always.
Epididymitis can be detected by B-mode ultrasound, but it cannot be diagnosed by this examination alone.
B-mode ultrasound can observe the specific state of genital organs in scrotum and judge whether there are abnormal conditions such as effusion and mass. When epididymitis exists, epididymis tissue congestion and edema are caused by inflammatory stimulation. Epididymis swelling, hypoechoic and uneven internal echo often appear in B-ultrasound examination, which helps to judge epididymitis. However, it should be noted that this method cannot be directly used to diagnose epididymitis. Patients also need to make comprehensive judgment through physical examination, laboratory examination and other imaging examinations to determine epididymitis.
