Leukoencephalopathy is a demyelinating lesion of central nervous system cells. Its clinical symptoms are memory loss, concentration loss, amnesia, personality change. Severe cases may show dementia, coma or even life-threatening, which can affect work and study. It can reduce self-control ability and may show mental symptoms.
