What is epididymal tuberculosis?

Epididymis tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis invading epididymis tissue of patients.

Epididymis tuberculosis occurs in young adults aged 20-40, which may be caused by descending infection, blood infection, decreased immunity, etc. When epididymis tuberculosis occurs, it may cause symptoms such as epididymis enlargement, pain, sour swelling, night sweats, low fever, weight loss, etc. If treatment is not timely, there will be complications such as vas deferens tuberculosis and testicular tuberculosis.
