Why are testicles sometimes big and sometimes small?

Dedicated to healing, always.
Testicular sometimes large and sometimes small may be caused by environmental factors, orchitis, epididymitis and other reasons.
1. Environmental factors
Testicular size is easily affected by the external environment. When the temperature is low, it may cause vasoconstriction, resulting in testicular shrinkage. When the external temperature is high, the blood vessels are easy to expand, which can cause testicular volume to increase.
2. Orchitis
Pathogenic microbial infection can cause orchitis. Inflammation stimulation may cause testicular congestion, swelling, resulting in testicular enlargement. After inflammation subsides, testicular size can return to normal.
3. Epididymitis
occurs in patients with epididymitis, epididymis and surrounding tissues are easily stimulated, causing testicular volume to increase. After inflammation is controlled, testicular size can gradually decrease.
