The special conditions of hypertension include blood pressure level, complications, medical certificates, etc.
1. Blood pressure level
Hypertension should reach Grade III or above, i.e. systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 180mmHg, and (or) diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 110mmHg.
2. Complications Patients
