What's a radial head fracture?

Radial head fracture is a fracture that occurs in the radial head. After fracture, X-ray, three-dimensional reconstruction CT and MRI should be improved immediately. Relevant examinations can see the fracture displacement, whether it is combined with dislocation, and the severity of ligament damage. If the fracture has no obvious displacement and the injury is mild, it can be treated conservatively by manual reduction and plaster external fixation. After fracture healing, strengthen functional exercise. For fracture displacement serious, or combined with vascular nerve injury, if necessary, surgical treatment, such as radial head resection, open reduction and internal fixation.
