Bone marrow edema can cause femoral head necrosis

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Bone marrow edema will not cause femoral head necrosis, because bone marrow edema is mostly after trauma shows no effusion in the bone marrow, this situation after treatment, bone marrow edema will gradually reduce recovery, so this situation will not cause femoral head blood flow to show interruption, resulting in femoral head bone ischemia, hypoxia after causing necrosis. Therefore, femoral head necrosis is mostly caused by traumatic fracture of hip joint, or long-term alcoholism, and long-term irregular taking of hormones, as well as congenital hip dislocation, or traumatic hip dislocation, which will cause interruption of blood supply at femoral head, thus causing femoral head necrosis.
