Classification of ankle fractures

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
Ankle fractures are classified into supination adduction, supination supination, pronation abduction, pronation supination and vertical compression, depending on the position of the ankle joint at the time of injury and the direction of the external force applied to the talus within the ankle acupoint. Adduction, abduction and external rotation are the directions in which the talus is subjected to external force in the ankle acupoint. The supination-adduction type is divided into degree 1 and degree 2 fractures, and the supination-external rotation type is divided into degree 1, 2, and 3., 4 four-degree type fractures. Pronation-abduction fractures are divided into three different degrees of fractures, and pronation-external rotation fractures are divided into four different types of fractures. The classification of these fractures is more complex, and the most important thing is that they should be combined with the injury. The position and X-ray or CT findings can be specifically determined.
