What causes neonatal pneumonia?

Building bridges to better health.
There are many causes of neonatal pneumonia, which can be roughly divided into two categories: infectious pneumonia and non-infectious pneumonia. Non-infectious pneumonia is often seen in various types of aspiration pneumonia, such as amniotic fluid aspiration pneumonia and hypostatic pneumonia. Aspiration pneumonia caused by drinking milk and drinking water, and some physical and chemical factors can cause organized pneumonia. Infectious factors can be divided into prenatal infection, intrapartum infection, and postpartum infection. The main pathogens vary from time to time, and can be classified according to etiology, including bacterial infections, viral infections, mycoplasma infections, chlamydia infections, and even fungal infections.
