Headache, chest tightness, vomiting. What's going on?

Building a healthier future, together.
The symptoms of dizziness, headache, chest tightness and vomiting may be caused by elevated blood pressure or hypoglycemia. Hypertension for a long time may cause microvasoconstriction in the body. Hyperlipemia may cause cerebral arteriosclerosis, resulting in stenosis of the blood lumen, which may cause insufficient blood supply to the brain. Therefore, dizziness and headache may be manifested. Because the oxygen content in the body is relatively low, chest tightness and vomiting symptoms may be caused. Chronic hypoglycemia can affect the normal blood pumping function of the heart due to low nutrients in the body, causing cerebral ischemia to cause similar conditions. Some gastrointestinal diseases, such as acute gastritis and gastric ulcer, will show similar conditions, mainly because of excessive gastric acid secretion causing damage to the substantive tissues of the stomach, causing chest tightness and vomiting symptoms.
