Syphilis is a common infectious disease in clinical practice. The main clinical manifestations of syphilis in the early stage include painless red induration on the genitals, hard chancre and swollen lymph nodes. The clinical manifestations of syphilis in the second stage include systemic symptoms, such as eczema, psoriasis and flat condyloma. The symptoms of syphilis in the third stage include gum swelling, neurosyphilis, endocarditis and cardiovascular syphilis.
