The time of appearance of blood culture results depends on whether the patient has bacterial infection. If there are a large number of bacteria in the blood, the appearance of flora can be found within 48 hours, indicating that the blood culture is positive, but if there is no bacteria in the blood, the flora will not appear for 5-7 days, indicating that the blood culture is negative.
