Mild hydronephrosis serious?

Mild hydronephrosis is usually not a serious disease, but it needs to be treated promptly because it is serious when it worsens to severe hydronephrosis. An abdominal ultrasound is first required, and if it is caused by nodules, it needs to be treated with lithogenic drugs. If it is caused by tumors, surgery is required.
