Why does dysmenorrhoea when meeting abdomen ache

Dysmenorrhea is mostly caused by vasospasm caused by endometrial detachment. Since the uterus is located in the lower abdomen, symptoms of abdominal pain will occur during dysmenorrhea. Generally, dysmenorrhea occurs on the first day of menstruation. If the symptoms are serious, dysmenorrhea will occur during the whole menstrual period.
