Is the newborn jaundice value 18 serious?

Neonatal jaundice values are judged in combination with the days of birth. If the jaundice value is 18mg/dL within three days after birth, it indicates that it is serious and needs blue light irradiation to help resolve. If the jaundice value is still 18mg/dL after one week of birth, further treatment is required.
