Stroke precursors include slurred speech, difficulty enunciating words, dizziness and headaches, weakness of limbs, blurred vision, and sensory disorders in limbs. Maintain normal blood pressure and blood sugar levels, properly exercise, increase rest time, and use medication as prescribed.
