How to count fetal movement, how is it normal?

Fetal movement is a relatively common phenomenon, the normal number of fetal movements is generally 3-5 times/hour, patients can be in the morning, middle and evening, each choose an hour to detect fetal movement, the sum of three fetal movements multiplied by 4, can calculate the number of fetal movements in 12 hours, if the number of fetal movements in 12 hours is less than 10 times, it means intrauterine hypoxia.
