Ectopic pregnancy can be treated without surgery. At present, there are three treatment methods: surgery, methotrexate treatment and expectant treatment. For patients with HCG level ≤5000mU/ml and no fetal heart movement detected by vaginal ultrasound, methotrexate can be used for non-invasive treatment. If there is tubal rupture, surgery should be performed.
