Stiff neck causes finger numbness, usually due to not paying attention to reasonable posture when sleeping, or pillow is too high, resulting in cervical spine in a tense state for a long time, causing compression of nerve tissue or tendon tissue behind it, and nerve and tissue in this part can also implicate fingers, thus causing finger numbness symptoms.
