Can hepatitis B cure itself?

Hepatitis B is one of the most common types of viral hepatitis. Most of the babies with hepatitis B are due to vertical transmission from mother to child. Generally, they will not self-heal. Parents had better take their children to the hospital in time for liver function and viral DNA tests. If everything is normal, they can be closely followed up without special treatment.
