Inactivation or attenuation of Japanese encephalitis vaccine

JE vaccine is divided into two categories: live attenuated JE vaccine and inactivated JE vaccine. Usually inactivated hepatitis B vaccine is a vaccine made by removing pathogenicity and retaining its immunogenicity. Live attenuated vaccine retains certain virulence and immunity, so inactivated vaccine has better safety, but attenuated live vaccine has good immunogenicity.
