What's wrong with double emphysema?

The cause of emphysema is considered to be related to smoking, air pollution infection and other factors. These factors induce bronchiolitis and lumen obstruction, resulting in air entering alveoli during inhalation, air retention during exhalation, increased intraalveolar pressure and excessive alveolar expansion. It is a serious condition and may cause barrel chest if not treated in time.
