What does lumbar spondylolisthesis mean?

Lumbar spondylolisthesis is divided into five degrees according to the severity of spondylolisthesis. The first degree spondylolisthesis is less than 25%, the second degree spondylolisthesis is between 25% and 49%, the third degree spondylolisthesis is between 50% and 74%, the fourth degree spondylolisthesis is between 75% and 99%, and the fifth degree spondylolisthesis is all spondylolisthesis. Conservative treatment is the first choice for spondylolisthesis. If conservative treatment fails for three months, surgical treatment should be considered.
