The difference between syphilis and AIDS

Syphilis and AIDS are both clinically common sexually transmitted diseases, but they are different diseases. Syphilis is caused by Treponema pallidum virus infection. AIDS is caused by HIV infection. Syphilis can be cured, but AIDS is incurable.
