How is thrombocytopenia purpura caused?

Thrombocytopenic purpura may be caused by decreased megakaryocyte production, ineffective platelet production, and immune deficiency. Eat foods containing vitamins and iron, and treat the disease with glucocorticoids and immunoglobulin as prescribed.
