What's the difference between urticaria and hives?

Urticaria is skin lesions caused by contact with allergenic substances, not infectious, and measles is caused by measles virus infection, there is a strong infectivity. Hives can lead to congestive red papules, and accompanied by conjunctival congestion, tears symptoms, urticaria to erythema, wheals, and itching obvious.
