Can CT and MRI replace EEG?

Restoring hope, restoring health.
EEG and MRI are two completely different examination methods. If someone suggests doing these two examinations, it is generally considered that there may be epilepsy. EEG examination mainly looks at whether there is abnormal discharge in the brain. MRI examination mainly looks at whether there is abnormal focus in the brain that causes epilepsy. CT and MRI are a kind of photography technology that uses electronic computer to scan the surface. It divides each organ we want to examine into multiple layers. EEG is the use of brain electrical activity, through the electrode derived from the brain electrical activity recorded on EEG paper, because CT and MRI and EEG reflect different content, so CT and MRI can not replace EEG examination.
