Can AIDS cause muscle pain

AIDS is generally associated with HIV infection. Common clinical symptoms are fever, fatigue, skin lesions, swollen lymph nodes, dizziness and headache, which usually do not cause muscle pain. Muscle pain in patients is generally due to trauma, infection or excessive fatigue.
