Difference between cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage

Cerebral infarction is a symptom of cerebral ischemia caused by hardening of the arteries in the brain and narrowing of the lumen of blood vessels, which prevents blood circulation. Cerebral hemorrhage is a phenomenon caused by rupture of blood vessels in the brain when patients suffer from hypertension, emotional agitation, or arteriovenous malformations in the brain.
