Hematuria after strenuous exercise is likely to be related to urinary calculi. Suggestion: abdominal ultrasound, CT, urography and other examinations to clarify the cause. If related to stones, stones less than 5mm can be treated conservatively by taking lithogenic drugs, and stones more than 5mm can be treated by laser or surgery.
