Emergency contraceptives are generally effective within 72 hours after cohabitation, and the effect of contraception after 72 hours is weak or has no contraceptive effect; in general, the earlier you take contraceptives, the better the contraceptive effect, and the adverse reactions such as vaginal bleeding, nausea and vomiting are easy to occur after taking emergency contraceptives.
