A white spot on the chest is a precursor to vitiligo?

Chest leukoplakia may be vitiligo, it may also be tinea versicolor or white pityriasis. If the skin lesions surface smooth without dander, blurred boundaries, there are signs of diffusion to normal skin, most likely vitiligo. Need to dermatology examination, clear diagnosis.
