What about neonatal head edema?

Neonatal head edema is considered to be caused by subcranial vascular rupture and bleeding. It usually presents obvious symptoms two to three days after birth, and there is a tactile sensation when pressed. If there is no infection, special treatment and treatment are usually not required. Most children will gradually disappear with age.
