Lumbar disc herniation is directly caused by degenerative changes of intervertebral disc, and intervertebral disc is located between two vertebral bodies, and there are many bony structures, muscles, nerves and other tissues around it, so it is impossible to feel obvious abnormality by hand touch, but doctors can judge whether the patient has positive exercise test phenomenon through relevant physical examination, and at the same time combine the results of imaging examination to diagnose whether lumbar disc herniation exists.
