How is hydrocele formed in children

The cause of hydrocele in children is not very clear. The disease is mostly caused by orchitis, epididymitis and testicular torsion, but also may be caused by local trauma, high fever and heart failure. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is required; if the symptoms are severe, surgery is required in time.
