Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is called qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. It is mostly seen in patients with fatigue and weakness, lethargy and laziness, easy sweating, pale complexion, pale tongue or ecchymosis, thin white fur or irritability, chest and rib distension and discomfort, dizziness, abdominal pain before menstruation or menstruation, refusal to press, less menstrual blood volume or poor discharge, dark purple color with lumps, or uterine fibroids, chest and hypochondriac breast distension, tortuous sublingual vein, stringy pulse or astringent. Treatment can be used to soothe liver qi, activate blood stasis, qi and blood circulation drugs, such as Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment. Life and rest should be regular, work and rest should be combined to prevent excessive fatigue, daily keep stool unobstructed, can eat more food to soothe liver qi, such as radish, citrus, hawthorn, rose tea, tangerine peel water and so on.
