Symptoms of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis include abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
1. Abdominal
pain is caused by inflammation that continuously stimulates intestinal mucosa and submucosal nerves, usually occurring around the umbilicus and upper abdomen, mostly persistent dull pain or paroxysmal colic.
2. Nausea
and vomiting usually occur after abdominal pain. Vomiting is generally yellow and watery. Severe cases can discharge coffee-like vomiting or hematemesis.
3. Diarrhea
Due to intestinal mucosal damage, liquid exudation increases and absorption of water decreases. It is also easy to cause diarrhea. Early stools can be yellow and watery, and then may become bloody.
