What caused gastritis?

Gastritis is usually caused by stress, drugs and Helicobacter pylori infection.

1. Stress

If the patient suffers from severe trauma, sepsis or multiple organ failure, it is easy to cause gastritis.

2. Drugs

If the patient takes a large amount of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time, it is easy to cause gastric mucosal damage, such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.

3. Helicobacter pylori infection

If the patient is infected by Helicobacter pylori, it can cause inflammatory damage to the gastric mucosa, thus causing gastritis.
