What are the points except moisture?

The acupoints for removing moisture include Sanyinjiao, Dazhui and Qihai.

1. Sanyinjiao is

located on the inner side of the calf, at the four horizontal fingers above the ankle bone. Pressing or acupuncture this point can promote the discharge of moisture from the body.

2. Dazhui

is located in the depression below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra. Massage or acupuncture at Dazhui can help dredge qi and blood, promote yang qi circulation, and thus help remove moisture.

3. Qihai

is located at the three horizontal fingers below the umbilicus. Massage or acupuncture at Qihai can help strengthen the spleen and stomach function, thus promoting moisture discharge and alleviating the disease.
