Chinese medicine says there are three reasons for sneezing

Your health, my dedication.
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) believes that sneezing is caused by three main factors:
1. exogenous wind-cold: exogenous wind-cold invades the human body, leading to lung qi loss, thus causing sneezing.
2. lung meridian wind-heat: exogenous wind-heat invades the lung meridian, or wind-cold stagnates and turns heat, leading to lung heat accumulation and lung qi inversion, thus causing sneezing.
3. zang-organ dysfunction: sneezing is also related to organ dysfunction of the human body, such as excessive dampness due to spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency, etc. In
short, sneezing is a common symptom, which may be caused by exogenous wind-cold, lung meridian or zang-organ dysfunction. If sneezing symptoms last for a long time or are accompanied by other discomfort symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical advice in time to clarify the cause and carry out targeted treatment.
