How long can you be pregnant after finishing hysteroscopic surgery

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Pregnancy can be achieved within 1-6 months after hysteroscopic surgery, usually according to the specific surgical situation.
If it is a relatively simple operation such as hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy, and the postoperative recovery is good, pregnancy can usually be considered within 1-3 months after surgery. Because this type of surgery is less invasive to the uterus, endometrial repair is relatively fast. For some of the more complex hysteroscopic combined surgery, such as myomectomy, tubal plastic surgery, etc., may need to wait for a longer time, it is generally recommended to prepare for pregnancy after 3-6 months, or even longer. This is because these operations cause greater damage to the myometrium or fallopian tubes and require sufficient time to restore their normal structure and function.
If the patient recovers slowly after surgery, there are complications such as infection, bleeding, or poor physical fitness, the preparation time should be postponed accordingly. Before preparing for pregnancy, comprehensive examinations and evaluations should be carried out, including ultrasound, sex hormone testing, etc., to ensure that the uterus and physical condition are suitable for pregnancy.
