How severe are the 4 types of breast birads?

is an evaluation system for breast lesions. Class 4 means that the possibility of malignancy cannot be completely ruled out. Class 4 is subdivided into three sub-categories: 4A, 4B and 4C. 4A indicates low suspected malignancy, with a possibility of malignancy ranging from 2% to 10%. 4B indicates moderate suspected malignancy, with a possibility of malignancy ranging from 10% to 50%. 4C indicates high suspected malignancy, with a possibility of malignancy ranging from 50% to 95%.

If it is 4C, the possibility of malignancy is high. If it is not treated in time, it can develop into breast cancer, thus affecting the patient's health and even survival. If it is 4A, the possibility of malignancy should be low. If it is not inappropriate, follow up and observe, and if necessary, take surgery.
