Symptoms of macular retinopathy

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
The symptoms of macular degeneration mainly include vision loss, abnormal color vision and visual distortion.
1. Vision loss
is due to a large number of cone cells in the macular area. When this area is affected, it may cause damage to cone cells, thus affecting vision.
2. Color vision
abnormality is due to a large number of fine vision and color perception photosensitive cells distributed in the macular area. The disease will cause damage to these cells, thus affecting color vision.
3. Visual distortion
is due to the important role of the macular in the formation of central vision. Macular area disease will cause changes in its structure and shape, thus affecting visual image.
If these symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital for fundus examination as soon as possible to determine the type of disease and take appropriate treatment measures.
