What is the meaning of breast nodule grade 4?

Grade 4 means that the breast nodule is more likely to be malignant, but it still needs further evaluation and diagnosis.
Grade 4 means that the breast nodule is suspected of malignancy, and Grade 4 can be divided into three sub-grades 4a, 4b and 4c, with a malignant probability ranging from 2% to 95%. 4a means low suspected malignancy, with a malignant probability of 2%-10%. 4b means moderate suspected malignancy, with a malignant probability of 10%-50%. 4c means high suspected malignancy, with a malignant probability of 50%-94%.
For grade 4 breast nodules, close follow-up observation is very important. Regular follow-up is required to understand the changes of the nodule in time for timely adjustment of the treatment plan.
