Cervical cyst bleeding?

Cervical cysts may cause bleeding.

Cervical cysts are mainly caused by stenosis or obstruction of the cervical gland orifice, resulting in blocked drainage and retention of glandular secretions. When the cyst is large or stimulated by external forces, it may cause surface blood vessel rupture and bleeding. Moreover, bleeding is related to the size, location, shape and other factors of cervical lesions. If there is cervical inflammation at the same time, bleeding is more likely to occur.

When bleeding is found, attention needs to be paid to further detailed examination, such as cervical cytology, HPV detection, etc., to rule out other serious cervical lesions.
