Can mild cataracts heal themselves?

Light cataract can not be self-healing.

Cataract is a visual impairment caused by lens opacity, its onset is slow, the main symptom is painless progressive decline in vision. The pathogenesis of cataract is more complex, and nutrition, metabolism, environment and genetic factors, etc., is the result of long-term comprehensive effects of various factors inside and outside the body on the lens. For light cataract, although the symptoms may not be obvious, but the lens has undergone substantial changes, this change is irreversible. Therefore, even if the cataract is in a mild stage, it is impossible to restore the transparency of the lens by self-healing.
