What causes acute gastric dilatation?

Acute gastric dilatation is caused by trauma, disease or surgery. 1. Trauma may cause severe contusion or compound injury to the upper abdomen, which may lead to strong stimulation of the celiac nerve, resulting in acute gastric dilatation. 2. Diseases such as gastric torsion, duodenal tumor and other diseases may cause gastric retention, resulting in acute gastric dilatation. 3.
