If the villous tubular adenoma

is solitary, small in size, and has jet-like bleeding symptoms, endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation surgery can be performed to remove the villous tubular adenoma and reduce bleeding.

2. Laparoscopic surgery

If the villous tubular adenoma is multiple, large in size, and unclear in the nature of the lesion, laparoscopic partial colectomy can be considered.

3. Open surgery

If the villous tubular adenoma is hereditary and has a greater risk of malignancy, open colorectal resection and ileostomy can be considered.
