Acute cholecystitis can be diagnosed by physical examination, blood examination, ultrasound examination and other ways.
1. Physical examination: visual examination shows swelling in the right upper abdominal gallbladder area, pain when pressed, and peritoneal irritation sign, Murphy sign results are positive, the possibility of acute cholecystitis is greater.
2. Blood examination: blood routine, liver function and other tests, if abnormal liver function, white blood cell count increased, but cholecystitis has acute inflammation.
