2. Blood examination: blood routine, liver function and other tests, if abnormal liver function, white blood cell count increased, but cholecystitis has acute inflammation.

3. Ultrasound examination: observe the shape of the gallbladder, if the gallbladder volume increases, cyst wall thickening, combined with physical examination, blood examination results can be diagnosed.
