What's with the diarrhea after dinner?

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
Diarrhea after meals may be caused by irritable bowel syndrome, fatty diarrhea, acute gastroenteritis and other diseases.
1. Irritable bowel syndrome irritable
bowel syndrome is mainly caused by increased visceral sensitivity, abnormal gastrointestinal dynamics, and abnormal nervous system. Diarrhea after meals may occur.
2. Fatty diarrhea
fatty diarrhea is usually secondary to stomach diseases, pancreatic diseases, and hepatobiliary diseases. It is mainly caused by poor fat absorption. Diarrhea often occurs after patients eat greasy and fishy foods.
3. Patients with acute gastroenteritis
may induce acute gastroenteritis by eating unclean food, toxic food, or raw, cold, and hot food. Diarrhea may be caused by accelerated intestinal motility after meals.
